Niche Moat started as an internal tool. We were running niche research the same way most Etsy sellers do — bouncing between eRank, Etsy search, spreadsheets, and gut feeling. It was slow, error-prone, and easy to get wrong on shop-strength signals.

So we automated it end-to-end. A 4-step pipeline that takes a seed keyword and returns ranked product concepts with hard verdicts, the supporting data, and a downloadable report. No analysis paralysis.
