- What happens when my license expires?
- The Chrome extension stops running new pipelines. Your past reports stay in your dashboard for the retention period of your last active plan.
- Do I need a separate eRank account?
- Yes. The extension uses your eRank session in your browser. We recommend at least the eRank Basic plan.
- How are payments processed?
