The short version

7 days. No questions asked. First paid period only.

The full version

If you're not happy with Niche Moat for any reason, email [email protected] within 7 calendar days of your first payment and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no surveys, no hoops.

Eligibility

• The 7-day window starts on the date of your first payment for a Niche Moat license.
• This applies to your first paid billing period only — refunds are not available on renewals or subsequent billing cycles.
• Refunds are not available on accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.

How to request

Email [email protected] from the address tied to your license, with the subject "Refund request". Include your license key. We'll process the refund within 5 business days through the same channel you paid through (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise).

What happens after a refund

Your license is deactivated. The Chrome extension stops running new pipelines. Any reports already generated remain in your dashboard until the standard retention period elapses, then they're deleted.

Beyond 7 days

After the 7-day window, we don't issue refunds for unused time on the current billing period. You can stop renewing at any point — there are no auto-renewals — and your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
